Getting Started

Welcome to our Intro Package! If you're new to Crossfit style training, are unfamiliar with weight lifting, or just want a refresher on proper lifting techniques before jumping into class, this is the perfect program for you.

Intro Package includes:

  • 2 x 1-on-1 private sessions
    (private groups up to 3 persons are OK)

  • 2 x HiFit classes with additional in-class coaching

  • 1 x HiPerformance class with additional in-class coaching

Feeling spicy?

Anyone is welcomed to drop-in on one of our HiFit classes. If you're the jump-right-in type, just sign up, register for your first class (first class is free!), and show up at the time of class.

What You'll Get:

  • Learn proper lifting technique for barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell exercises

  • Learn proper form for plyometric, calisthenic exercises, and more

  • Basic training tips for starting out and ramping up High Intensity Functional Interval Training safely

  • Additional in-class coaching to easily go from learning forms to integrating into a moving class of any pace

  • Learn skills specifically required to join our HiPerformance classes

Our Intro Package is specifically designed to give you the proper techniques and skills to comfortably jump into any of our classes after. If you're curious what specific techniques you'll be learning, take a look at our classes.
