  1. Our coaches are trained in being able to adapt any exercise to any experience level

  2. We train smarter first, and THEN harder. Empowerment is about growth, not recklessness

Our class breakdowns are simple.

hifit

All Level

HIFIT stands for High Intensity Functional Interval Training.

This class provides a great workout for anyone, even those who haven't exercised a day in eons. The focus is to improve our metabolic conditioning through a combination of exercises that shifts daily so we're constantly targeting different muscle groups throughout each week.

HIPERFORMANCE

*All Level

High Intensity Performance is HIFIT and then some.

This class is still friendly to all levels! *We just ask that each individual speak with one of our coaches first to ensure they have basic knowledge of barbell exercises and some of the gymnastic movements included in this class. Don't let the exercise names intimidate you, our coaches will help you adapt it to your physicality.

We recommend either previous Crossfit experience, progress through our Intro Package, or getting some 1-0n-1 sessions with one of our coaches before joining a HiPerformance class.
